GSE Expo 2025: Mallaghan launches customer care e-commerce platform
Mallaghan has launched a customer care e-commerce platform, which it unveiled at International GSE Expo 2025 in Las Vegas.
The Mallaghan Parts portal allow customers to browse and purchase genuine parts within a few clicks.
Steve Fearon, Head of Customer Care and Aftersales at Mallaghan said that the portal gives customers easy access to order parts online, revolutionising the way aftersales is delivered for the GSE industry.
He said: “This development represents a major investment in enhancing our customer experience, delivering greater efficiency and accessibility for our partners across the globe.”
Mallaghan is displaying its products and services at stand P448 in the outdoor exhibition area of the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall.
